Parking

We like to treat our sponsors well!

If your sponsor is coming to campus for a visit with students or to attend one of your presentation, please reserve a parking spot for them. Email Roxanne Vanderheiden, rvanderh@eng.ucsd.edu with date and time sponsor will be on campus and name of sponsor, 3 business days before event. Include course number, team number, project name, and sponsor's name.

  • If a parking request is on time there will be no charge to the project budget up to 4 visits per team.

  • However, if the parking request is submitted less than 3 business days in advance, the team will be charged the $50 penalty fee that parking system assess us. This fee will be applied to the team's budget.
